Don’t miss this opportunity—apply now! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** Main responsibilities as a Junior Quality Development Analyst: * Support quality department activities by addressing customer issues; auditing products and processes; inspecting purchased and * manufactured items; and monitoring quality problem resolution; * Support preparation of documentation for the company’s quality management system, ensuring proper registration and control of documents according to the company’s management system requirements; * Conduct metrology, metallography, macrography, and micrography tests, analyzing metal structure and morphology to assess alloy composition, processing and manufacturing steps, and predict chemical and mechanical properties in application; * Support internal and external quality management system audits and training for departments, aligned with audit schedules and applicable quality system training needs; * Monitor organizational KPIs, generate reports, consult the matrix budget, among others; * Perform additional duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned, following immediate supervisor’s instructions and/or internal demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in fields related to this role; * LID – Drawing Reading and Interpretation * Quality Tools * ISO 9001 Standard Interpretation * Metrology **Preferred:** * Experience in the Quality field. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Regular Shift: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe tomorrow is built by people.
