Register now and join our team! **This and all other listed positions are available for Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supports corporate project management, assisting in the organization and monitoring of project-defined activities. * Assists in collecting and consolidating initial information, such as covered cities, involved departments, required equipment, and operational deadlines. * Maintains communication with involved departments (configuration, corporate relationship, and operations), tracking ticket status and relaying information. * Assists in monitoring schedules, deadlines, and operational pending items, performing guided follow-ups. * Collaborates in preparing simple status reports and updating information on ongoing projects. * Requires basic knowledge of project processes, organizational skills, strong communication, ability to monitor operations, and ease in interacting with multiple departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills**: Drafting initial project scopes. Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and networks. Knowledge of operational planning and activity scheduling. **Education**: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00.
