Job Summary: Coordinate the procurement team and manage the supply chain, developing negotiation strategies, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the procurement team and supplier negotiation strategies. 2. Promote sustainable partnerships and innovation in the supply chain. 3. Monitor KPIs, propose action plans, and optimize the budget. Coordinate the procurement team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies. Coordinate planning and execution of supplier negotiation strategies, ensuring competitiveness and quality. Evaluate and develop suppliers, promoting sustainable partnerships and innovation in the supply chain. Manage supply contracts and monitor the performance of strategic partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
