Junior Quality Analyst

Job Summary: Analyst responsible for product analysis and approval using APQP, FMEA, IMDS, and PPAP tools, providing technical support for quality management, and addressing customer/supplier needs. Key Highlights: 1. Product analysis and approval using APQP, FMEA, IMDS, and PPAP tools 2. Technical support for quality management systems 3. Customer and supplier support with root cause analysis * Perform product analysis and approval activities using internal and external APQP, FMEA, IMDS, and PPAP tools to ensure final product quality; * Provide technical support to all company departments regarding the quality management system, answering questions and offering guidance as needed to maintain the Quality Management System; * Address and respond to customer and supplier needs through reports, 8D\-Report, customer requirements, and internal meetings with relevant departments, applying problem\/cause analysis tools to identify root causes, define action plans, and ensure resolution of issues. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in related fields; * Knowledge of quality control and production processes; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience with ISO 9001 standards; * Knowledge of PPAP, 8D, and Control Plans. SCHEDULE: * General – Monday to Friday.
