Identify defects and improvements in products during the development process, guaranteeing product quality and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, design, and execute comprehensive tests on our products and solutions, identifying potential defects, bugs, and improvements. * Develop detailed test cases based on functional requirements and technical specifications. * Collaborate with developers to understand system functionalities and workflows to be tested. * Automate testing processes whenever possible, aiming to increase testing efficiency and coverage. * Log, track, and prioritize bugs using issue management tools, working closely with the development team to resolve them. * Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure quality across all development phases. * Provide constructive feedback to improve software quality and development processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in software testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing. * Knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and agile processes. * Ability to clearly and effectively identify, isolate, and document issues. * Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. **Additional Information** **Together, we are a team; connected, we are Governançabrasil** We connect specialists from all areas to contribute solutions for a better Brazil!
