




Job Summary: Our Technical Support team seeks professionals to assist customers remotely with technical questions or issues, providing support and resolving requests. Key Highlights: 1. We want your resume in our inbox now! :) **This and all other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist customers via available communication channels; * Generate and communicate the service protocol number to the customer; * Identify and pursue resolution of the request; * Conduct basic tests with customers for problem diagnosis; * Escalate to Level 2 Analysts when required; * Identify and ensure adherence to SLA deadlines for dedicated customers, interconnection services, or government accounts; * Forward cases to the Maintenance department upon identifying physical issues that cannot be resolved remotely; * Aim to resolve the issue during the customer’s first contact. If not possible, escalate to the responsible department; * Comply with company-established deadlines and regulations, as well as applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Knowledge of networking and maintenance, logical reasoning; Strong communication skills; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Innovative mindset. **Education:** Completed high school.
