Main Responsibilities: * Analyze the order portfolio and generate proforma invoices according to fulfillment rules. * Generate reserve/automatic proforma invoices according to established rules/timelines. * Process requests for cancellations/modifications and prioritize proforma invoice generation. * Analyze and respond to requests from other departments (Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, PA, etc.). * Monitor/control order closure together with the PCP department. * Update, issue, and forward reports and/or spreadsheets. * Coordinate with the finished goods department to ensure compliance with proforma invoice timelines per lead time policies. * Support other departmental activities. Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Preferred: familiarity with the Sapiens system; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Responsibility, proactivity, and collaborative spirit.
