Responsibilities and Duties: * Clean furniture, equipment, lighting fixtures, blinds, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning materials as specified for dust, residue, and other removal; * Wash and/or sweep internal premises and external area surfaces; * Collect debris, pile them up, and place them into plastic bags, bins, and designated locations for collection and recycling; * Clean, wash, and manually dry ceramic cladding, façades, glass, and sidewalks; * Manage inventory of cleaning products, equipment, and supplies; * Inspect cleanliness conditions of internal and external company premises and arrange for necessary cleaning; * Perform tasks following established company norms, standards, and procedures; * Use PPE and comply with occupational safety and health regulations; * Perform related duties. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed elementary education. * Familiarity with cleaning routines and cleaning equipment.
