We are looking for a passionate and talented receptionist to join our team. If you have hospitality experience and wish to craft unforgettable moments for our guests, we want to meet you! RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Ensure exceptional service to customers. \* Handle telephone, in-person, email, and WhatsApp communications. \* Manage check-in, check-out, financial postings, cash closing, and report reconciliations. \* Accurately record information regarding interactions with guests and other departments. \* Maintain clear and assertive communication with other team members and hotel departments. \* Perform other duties inherent to the role.
