With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; also place trimmings, fat, and tallow into the collector box for sale to bone-processing factories; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Help reduce shrinkage and discrepancies through frequent inventory checks and proper handling and storage of meat; Enhance departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining cleanliness and optimal operational conditions, adhering to hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and stocktaking; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily; remove damaged, expired, or unlabeled products from display; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items as needed; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** R.
