Time Study Analyst

Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting time studies on production operations, identifying improvements, documenting methods, and measuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting industrial time studies and process optimization. 2. Collaborating on line balancing and task distribution. 3. Participating in optimization projects such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing. * Conduct time studies on production operations using stopwatches and video recordings; * Record cycle times, considering variations, frequencies, and operational rhythms; * Evaluate effective, non-productive, and allowance times; * Observe operators at their workstations to assess movements, posture, and techniques used; * Document the current operational method; * Identify waste and potential process improvements; * Record and maintain an updated time database by operation, product, and team; * Provide chronoanalysis data to relevant departments; * Measure operational and productive efficiency; * Collaborate on line balancing and task distribution; * Participate in optimization projects (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing); * Propose adjustments to methods, tools, and workflows; * Develop spreadsheets, charts, and reports summarizing time study results. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, business hours Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or a Technical Diploma in Textile Production, Apparel Production, Industrial Processes, or related field; * Technical knowledge: Industrial time study, understanding of industrial processes, layout, methods, and workflow. * Preferred qualification: Specialized training in Chronoanalysis.
