Job Summary: A professional responsible for keeping equipment in perfect working condition by performing technical maintenance, ensuring device cleanliness and safety, and coordinating with third parties to guarantee customer satisfaction. Maintain equipment in optimal working condition, perform technical maintenance, conduct general cleaning, coordinate with third parties to resolve issues beyond our scope, carry out frequent tests and inspections of security devices, preserve visual appearance—all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** **1\. Operations** Perform operational servicing of PCs to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and parts; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; accompany suppliers during technical repairs; configure software; keep point-of-service visual communication updated. Maintain the assigned vehicle (car/motorcycle) according to its technical specifications and required maintenance as per current regulations, while also complying with traffic laws and using prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE). **2\. Technical Maintenance** Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request spare parts from Logistics via system tools (ETA) and carriers. **3\. Third-Party Coordination** Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaires, contractors, or maintenance service providers) to perform repairs. **4\. Security Device Testing and Inspection** Remain vigilant regarding equipment security devices, checking for signs of tampering or attempted fraud. Use technical knowledge of system operation and test templates to perform necessary maintenance. **5\. Visual Appearance Preservation** Ensure proper signage and lighting at sites, maintaining visual aspects such as paint, decals, dirt, etc., using cleaning materials and replacement parts, plus **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: Education: Completed technical program in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in microcomputing (hardware and software).
