Collaborative work with operational and logistics departments CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Key Responsibilities: * Provide customer support via telephone, e\-mail, chat, or in person * Provide information regarding shipments, delivery deadlines, tracking, and rates * Record and monitor complaints, incidents, and requests * Support resolution of issues related to delays, lost items, or damages * Update internal systems with customer and shipment information * Collaborate with operational and logistics departments Requirements: * Completed high school education (a college degree in administrative fields is a plus) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and problem-solving ability * Basic computer knowledge * Prior customer service experience (preferably in logistics or transportation) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.581,00 per month Work Location: On-site
