Communicate transparently with candidates and leaders Today, Segala's is among the leading distributors of refrigerated food products in Brazil, with over 34 years of market experience, serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct active candidate sourcing aligned with open positions. * Review, assess, and classify received resumes and applications. * Identify professionals meeting the technical and behavioral requirements of the positions. * Schedule and conduct competency-based interviews, either in person or via video call. * Evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and qualifications, and record relevant observations. * Organize and monitor all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines. * Maintain up-to-date internal records of resumes, interviews, and position closures. * Maintain continuous and transparent communication with candidates and with hiring managers. * Prepare necessary documentation for process completion and hiring. * Perform other job-related tasks as required internally. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Experience across all stages of recruitment processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:18, with a 1h30 lunch break.** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or meal voucher of R$ 57.00 per working day; * Social Card Vida (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
