As an **Order Picker**, you will need to swiftly pick products according to orders, pack them into boxes, and place them on the conveyor belt for verification and dispatch. Remember to perform all tasks attentively and carefully, ensuring our products reach end customers with high quality. It is essential to possess strong teamwork skills, as all activities require close, continuous collaboration with over 100 colleagues across two large industrial buildings. **Responsibilities and Duties** Your objective will be to ensure that product picking procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and order delivery. * Verify the order to be picked, consulting the Data Collector; * Affix identification labels to box(es) as per the order; * Pick items for shipment by locating them in cages and/or inventory, scanning their location and barcode, removing them from stock, and placing them into cardboard boxes positioned on the picking cart; * Forward picked orders to verification by placing the box onto the conveyor belt; * Perform various support tasks for the logistics process whenever required. **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply, it is important to meet the legal requirements for this position: * Vocational high school diploma or completed high school education. * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** We call it the **Censi Way**—our commitment to choices and routines that empower us to achieve and grow in life.
