Daily monitoring of shipments and payments **City:** Gaspar**State:** Santa Catarina (BR\-SC)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 44002 **Job Mission:** Responsible for analyzing and executing purchase and sale contracts in the less complex international market, ensuring that the documentation required for cargo clearance at the destination is arranged and submitted to the importer, contributing to the completion of processes in compliance with international and national documentation and logistics requirements, and enabling receipt of export payment within the shortest possible timeframe. **Brief Job Description:** Monitor purchases and sales conducted abroad, receipt of vessel nominations and/or other requests for shipping goods overseas. Inform/nominate the port/terminal of loading. Receive documentary instructions from the buyer/importer. Monitor vessel position, cargo release, and loading on a daily basis. Request, verify, coordinate and/or issue shipping documents. Submit required documents to the bank or directly to the customer for prompt receipt of payment for the goods, and control payment receipt for document release. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor purchases and sales conducted abroad, receipt of vessel nominations and/or other requests for shipping goods overseas, executing all export stages in accordance with negotiated commercial terms and established market rules. * Inform/nominate the port/terminal of loading, vessel agent, logistics, exporting branches/exporters, and service providers involved in loading procedures (supervisors, fumigators, customs brokers, etc.), as well as the production line of BBR products to be exported, so that all necessary measures are taken to complete the loading of products sold in the external market. * Apply contracts to be executed in export systems and perform appropriate position tracking and invoicing control. * Receive documentary instructions from the buyer/importer, verify, analyze, and take all necessary actions to issue requested documents, including rejecting unfeasible or non-contractual requests. * Support analysis of the feasibility of any specific loading instruction by consulting responsible departments such as quality, production, etc., and take appropriate actions to fulfill the request. * Participate in daily monitoring of vessel position, cargo release, and loading until completion of the export process. * Request, verify, and/or issue shipping documents, sending them to the destination as per received instructions. * Submit required documents to the bank or directly to the customer for prompt receipt of payment for the goods, and control payment receipt for document release. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Experience in International Trade, with focus on export operations. * Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **See also our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance * + Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with company contribution) * Life Insurance * + Transportation Allowance (Transportation voucher, parking, or shuttle bus) * Pharmacy Benefits * Childcare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program (Based on achievement of goals and results) * "Count on Us" Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location. **Work Location:** Gaspar/SC **Work Model:** Hybrid \- In-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
