Supports the department in activities and participates in inventories. **City:** Gaspar**State:** Santa Catarina (BR\-SC)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 43491 **Job Description:** * Assist in controlling the entry and exit of goods at the unit by issuing outbound invoices, freight bills, inbound invoices, and product return documents; updating the current system; verifying supporting documentation; ensuring process completion; identifying and reporting inconsistencies; and forwarding generated documentation to the Tax Department—thereby ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and company procedures. * Support product and material movement activities by analyzing relevant documents and performing appropriate fiscal classification (inbound or outbound), as well as determining their nature, to update systems and departmental spreadsheets, and to meet requirements of the Tax and Controller departments. * Monitor vehicles directed to the weigh station, loading orders, timing, and other data to ensure vehicle availability per internal procedures. * Participate in quarterly inventories by supporting physical product counts. * Provide departmental support, including supplier receipt and other tasks, as requested by leadership. * Be responsible for one’s own health and safety; commit to implementing the company’s policies; and propose improvements. * Maintain one’s work area organized and in hygienic and clean condition. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; ongoing or completed higher education is considered a plus. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance * Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution) * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance (Commuter Pass or Parking) * Pharmacy Network * Daycare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program (Based on achievement of goals and results) * “Count on Us” Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on the job location. **Work Location:** Gaspar/SC **Work Model:** On-site \- 3:20 PM to 11:40 PM \- Monday to Saturday.
