Job Summary: Responsible for supporting and training the production team in implementing the KHMS system and monitoring production indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Support and train teams in implementing production systems. 2. Monitor production indicators and identify improvement opportunities. 3. Engage in continuous improvement, problem solving, and standardization. **Job Description** ------------------- **Objective:** Responsible for supporting and training the production team in implementing the KHMS system, as well as monitoring production indicators related to their area of responsibility. Ensure implementation of the CIS pillar in accordance with KHMS requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Train leaders and operators on the production system, monitor its implementation and quality. * Train leaders on how to identify waste in the production process, continuous improvement tools, and the standard documentation that must be implemented. * Support leaders in analyzing line data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
