Job Summary: Plan and control internal and outsourced production orders, ensuring demand fulfillment, production efficiency, and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Control and planning of production orders. 2. Coordination of productive operation flows. 3. Resource optimization and quality assurance. Plan, schedule, and control production orders for both internal and outsourced processes—including embroidery, embossing, printing, sewing, and packaging—ensuring demand fulfillment, efficient utilization of production capacity, availability of raw materials, and adherence to established deadlines. Coordinate the flow of productive operations in alignment with Production, PCP, Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant departments, guaranteeing product quality, process efficiency, resource optimization, and compliance with the company's technical, operational, and strategic standards.
