Review all responsibilities and requirements for this position. **Responsibilities:** Analyze reports to monitor inventory levels and determine purchasing needs for imported products; Input purchase orders into the system based on monthly requirements; Monitor the submission of purchase orders to foreign suppliers; Review and register Proforma Invoices in the system; Maintain communication with external suppliers to ensure production and import procedures proceed smoothly. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Previous experience in this role and knowledge of import processes; Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to work 100% onsite in Gaspar/SC. **Benefits you’ll love:** ️ Free meals at the company.
