Grow with us! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your tasks will include:** * Performing product handling, transshipment, storage, inventory management, replenishment, and dispatch activities; * Generating logistics reports—such as purchased materials, physical volumes, storage data, movement flows, frequency of receipt and dispatch, among others—via system, to support decision-making for internal process improvements; * Updating line replenishment routes and systems, as well as selecting appropriate transport equipment types, analyzing supply flows, times, and resources to improve the logistics process; * Assisting in maintaining inventory accuracy within defined standards; * Applying organizational and cleaning techniques (e.g., arrangement, storage methods, packaging) in logistics operations to ensure defined accuracy levels and internal/external service standards; * Sequencing customer products and/or parts according to internal procedures and guidelines; * Moving materials and/or products using a forklift; * Picking materials per reserve, delivering products on time and in requested quantities **Requirements and Qualifications** **To participate in the selection process, you must meet the following requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Shift 2 \- From 1:55 PM to 11:18 PM\. **Benefits:** Here, you’ll build a real career with genuine long-term development opportunities.
