Job Summary: Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by handling ingredients and serving customers, adhering to hygiene standards and performance targets. Key Highlights: 1. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products, clarifying inquiries, and complying with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established targets; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking product display counters and applying correct pricing in accordance with predefined rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and positive customer engagement; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per schedules, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing on display, performing daily checks and removing damaged, expired, or unlabelled products; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and audits; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cashier when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Up-to-date vaccination record **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Rua Gustavo Zimmermann, 1365, Itoupava Central \- Blumenau, SC **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (1-hour break) Compensation for Sundays worked **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Transportation Allowance Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Store Shopping Benefits Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Cafeteria with snacks/coffee Disciplinary Evaluation Professional Advancement
