Conflict mediation. Training and development. Performance evaluation. Individual development plan. Hiring and termination procedures. Timekeeping control. Vacation management, benefits administration. Liaison with accounting department. Job classification, salary structure, and HR metrics. Tasks related to the routine duties of a Human Resources Analyst. On-site work in Blumenau / SC. Previous experience as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, People Management Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role.
