Performance-based bonus **POLE SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Blumenau/SC \- Itoupava Central **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM \- 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (only 4 hours) **Salary:** BRL 3,000.00 \+ performance-based cash bonus on revenue (BRL 1,000.00, potentially exceeding this amount) **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$300.00 \+ transportation allowance (VT) or fuel assistance R$200.00 \+ tuition scholarship \+ health assistance plan. **Requirements:** * Experience in people management; * Currently pursuing or completed bachelor's degree in administration, managerial processes...
