Don’t miss this opportunity. **\#VemPraRandon \#VempraCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, your main activities will include:** * Developing technical diagrams describing the manufacturing process flow; monitoring execution of new product processes; evaluating quality; and performing necessary adjustments; * Analyzing product drawings, defining and programming equipment according to processes, and programming laser cutting machines to be used in the process; * Participating in the development of new process and/or product projects, contributing to quality and safety assurance as well as environmental aspects, following the macroprocess methodology; * Programming delivery requirements and meeting deadlines established by PCP; * Managing material inventory by generating reservations or purchase orders via computerized system according to demand, and alerting Management to opportunities for cost and resource reduction and optimization; * Performing programming tests and making necessary corrections, recording process data and statistical information to map the performance of produced products; * Responsible for data entry and collection from machines and processes to support productivity indicator development; * Conducting and scheduling try-outs and set-ups of fixtures and tools for process development approval; * Performing follow-up with Process, Product, Logistics, and PCP departments to align progress of processes and products; * Responsible for technical adjustments in machine programming, following technical instructions mapped by the Engineering department; * Identifying improvement opportunities, proposing alternatives following the company’s methodology, implementing them, and ensuring achievement of planned results; * Providing support within your area of expertise, evaluating production flows and layouts, seeking reduction of scrap and losses in the process, and ultimately supporting demand fulfillment strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * LID – Drawing Reading and Interpretation; * Metrology. **Desirable:** * Machine Preparation and Operation; * Prior experience using systems in the field. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Shift 3 \- Sunday, 7:30 PM to 4:25 AM; Monday to Thursday, 11:18 PM to 4:25 AM; Friday, 11:18 PM to 4:48 AM. **Benefits Offered:** * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan; * Christmas Basket; * Commemorative Date Gifts; * Company Transportation; * E-Learning Platform; * Language Program; * Early 13th Salary Payment; * Discounts at Educational Institutions. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
