Don’t miss this opportunity. **\#VemPraRandon \#VempraCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, your main activities will include:** * Develop technical diagrams describing the manufacturing process flow, monitor execution of new product processes, evaluate quality, and perform necessary adjustments; * Analyze product drawings, define and program equipment according to processes, and program laser cutting machines to be used in the process; * Participate in the development of new processes and/or products, contributing to quality and safety assurance as well as environmental aspects, following the macroprocess methodology; * Program delivery requirements and meet deadlines established by PCP; * Manage material inventory by generating reservations or purchase orders via computerized system according to demand, signaling management opportunities for cost and resource reduction and optimization; * Execute programming tests and make necessary corrections, recording process data and statistical information to map the performance of produced goods; * Be responsible for data collection and logging from machines and processes to support productivity indicator development; * Conduct and schedule try-outs and set-ups of fixtures and tools for process development approval; * Perform follow-up with Process, Product, and Logistics, and PCP areas to align progress of processes and products; * Be responsible for technical adjustments in machine programming, following technical instructions mapped by the Engineering department; * Identify improvement opportunities, propose alternatives following the company’s methodology, implement them, and ensure achievement of planned results; * Provide support within your area of expertise, evaluating production flows and layouts, seeking to reduce scrap and losses in the process, ultimately supporting demand fulfillment strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * LID – Drawing Reading and Interpretation; * Metrology. **Desirable:** * Machine Preparation and Operation; * Prior experience using systems in the field. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Shift 3 \- Sunday: 7:30 PM to 4:25 AM; Monday to Thursday: 11:18 PM to 4:25 AM; Friday: 11:18 PM to 4:48 AM. **Benefits Offered:** * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan; * Christmas Basket; * Commemorative Date Gifts; * Company-Provided Transportation; * E-Learning Platform; * Language Program; * Early 13th Salary Payment; * Discounts at Educational Institutions. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
