Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service, product registration, payment collection, cash withdrawal, and contributing to loss reduction. Loss prevention and workplace organization About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Receive cash bag with auditor, verify contents and place bag in cash register, log in as operator and begin shift by taking initial reading, clean the cash register, serve customers and visitors, register products and goods individually, verify packaged products, collect sales payments, complete administrative forms and reports, request appliance testing, assist in packing goods, perform cash withdrawals (auditor). ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register, following established protocols, rules, standards and procedures, including scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, checking product labels, verifying weight on scale and system correspondence; process payments — for checks, confirm prior authorization and make appropriate notations on the back; for cash, verify authenticity; Ensure cash withdrawal from the register during working hours and its closing, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the auditor and/or depositing it into a safe or 24-hour cash box, thereby avoiding excessive exposed cash and ensuring accountability; Contribute to achieving targets of ongoing campaigns by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the auditor for action; Contribute to reducing losses at the checkout area through preventive measures, such as minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishables; Maintain the work area and equipment in perfect working and clean condition, and request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, including shelf stocking and checkout stand replenishment, pricing and expiry date verification of goods, gift wrapping, among others; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed high school **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Dr Pedro Zimmermann, 7155, Itoupava Central \- Blumenau, SC **Working hours:** 13:30–22:20 (1.5-hour break) Compensation allowance for Sundays worked **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Cash Register Closing Bonus Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Store Shopping Discount Program Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Cafeteria with snacks/coffee Disciplinary Evaluation Professional Advancement * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
