Company provides technical training for professional development An expanding company in the aluminum window and door industry is hiring an experienced professional! **Responsibilities:** * Work with aluminum window and door systems * Cut components and profiles * Perform finishing and adjustments * Conduct quality control of components * Optimize utilization of aluminum bars * Collaborate effectively within a team with organization and responsibility **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in this role** * Knowledge of cutting and assembly of aluminum profiles * Analytical, organized, and responsible personality * Ability to work collaboratively (calm, courteous, and cooperative) * Must reside in Itajaí or nearby region * Must own a personal vehicle **Preferred Qualification:** Company provides technical training for professional development **Compensation: R$ 2.800,00 to R$ 6.000,00** (based on experience) **Benefits:** * Meal card: R$ 300.00 * Health insurance * Life insurance **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 12:00 PM | 01:30 PM – 5:48 PM Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Personal vehicle * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Life insurance
