




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, organizing, and controlling FLV department routines to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring FLV department routines; guiding and clarifying team queries; preparing and managing work schedules, overtime, and time-off; defining timelines and standardizing procedures—aiming to maximize operational efficiency, product and service quality, while complying with regulations, best practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, established guidelines, and performance targets; as well as delivering customer service and sales. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive customer shopping experience by meeting their needs, surprising and advising them about the variety of products offered, and making appropriate sales suggestions; Ensure, promote, and enhance sales targets through strategic planning of product mix, defining timelines and optimal display of attractive and distinctive products, while maintaining courteous customer relationships; Ensure reduction of FLV losses and spoilage by guiding, monitoring, and controlling daily team activities and operations; suggesting and implementing recovery actions where possible; and defining and standardizing operational procedures; Ensure procurement management for department merchandise, analyzing and managing inventory levels as well as historical sales data, seasonality, and specific promotions; scheduling orders with appropriate lead time to guarantee continuous supply without stockouts, losses, or disruptions; Ensure the product counter is always fully stocked, correctly priced, organized, and clean—guiding, controlling, and monitoring daily routines; Ensure proper receipt of goods, and organize, guide, and/or store items in refrigerated chambers, following hygiene, safety, and pre\-established standards; Keep the team informed and updated on new products; Guarantee people management regarding time-off schedules, hour banks, vacations, and other workload-related matters, by reviewing managerial reports provided by the HR Department and guiding team members accordingly; Promote professional development and team motivation through regular feedback and guidance, performance monitoring, and technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventories and ensure data accuracy; Maintain department organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—through daily hygiene procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Requirements Maintain team unity and engagement despite daily differences and challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts, considering store context, timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Experience (in the field) **Preferred Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge:** Counter assembly, food handling, sales analysis, margin assessment, loss tracking, and production control **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
