Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring daily bakery operations; guiding and clarifying team members’ questions; preparing and managing work schedules, overtime, and time-off requests; defining production timelines based on customer orders and operational needs; standardizing procedures to maximize operational efficiency, product and service quality, while complying with regulations, good practices manuals, hygiene and safety standards, established guidelines, and performance targets; additionally, performing customer service and sales activities. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive customer shopping experience by meeting their needs, proactively informing them about the variety of products offered, and making appropriate sales suggestions; Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning of product mix, defining production and display schedules for the most attractive and distinctive items, and maintaining courteous customer relationships; Minimize bakery losses by guiding, monitoring, and controlling daily team activities and operations, developing recipes and implementing yield optimization measures when necessary, as well as defining and standardizing operational procedures; Manage procurement orders for departmental merchandise, analyze and administer inventory levels—including historical sales data, seasonality, and specific promotions—and plan purchases sufficiently in advance to ensure continuous supply without stockouts, losses, or disruptions; Guarantee product quality through definition and implementation of operational processes and standardization of product displays; Ensure the product counter is always fully stocked, correctly priced, organized, and clean, by guiding, monitoring, and overseeing daily routines; Develop new recipes, launch new products, and define an appropriate minimum product assortment for the store; Oversee goods receipt, and organize, guide, and/or store items in designated locations according to established rules, hygiene and safety standards, and predefined protocols; Manage personnel matters related to vacation scheduling, time banks, leave entitlements, and other work-hour-related requirements, by reviewing managerial reports provided by the HR department and advising team members accordingly; Promote team professional development and motivation through regular feedback, performance monitoring, and technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventory counts and ensure data accuracy; Ensure timely restocking and replenishment of ingredients and supplies by monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels aligned with store needs; Requirements Foster team unity and engagement despite daily differences and challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts by understanding store context, timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Bakery industry experience required **Preferred Academic Qualification:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge:** Bakery techniques, counter setup expertise, food handling, sales analysis, margin assessment, loss tracking, and production control **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Work Location:** R.
