**PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.** **Location:** Ilha da Figueira, Jaraguá do Sul / SC. **Responsibilities:** Lead two production teams comprising approximately 45 employees; oversee daily production operations to ensure productivity, quality, and achievement of targets; assign tasks and monitor team performance; directly manage people, foster behavioral development, and resolve conflicts; support improvements in production processes; track operational KPIs; collaborate closely with production and administrative departments; work in a dynamic environment with operational pressure and rapid decision-making required on a daily basis in the factory. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in leadership and people management; * Experience supervising industrial teams; * Strategic and behavioral leadership profile—not rigidly confined to the shop floor; * Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicts; * Knowledge of industrial costing; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with inventory control methods; * Ability to interpret accounting and tax reports; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. **Compensation:** **Salary:** R$ 6\.000,00\. **Transportation Allowance:** * Massaranduba, Araquari, and Joinville: R$ 600,00; * Schroeder and Jaraguá do Sul: R$ 500,00; * Guaramirim: R$ 200,00\. **Benefits:** * 100% company-paid meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Unimed Health Plan (available after 90 days, with co-payment); * SESI Dental Plan (at no cost); * Attendance Bonus: R$ 400,00 credited to the meal voucher card; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00\.
