Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations **Tire Technician** **Job Description:** Transportadora San Martino is seeking a **TIRE TECHNICIAN** to perform maintenance, preservation, and tire control for its fleet, ensuring vehicle safety, performance, and reduction of operational costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **tire mounting, dismounting, replacement, and repair** for heavy vehicles (trucks, trailers, and equipment). * Carry out **inflation, balancing, and alignment**, in accordance with technical guidelines. * Assess **tire wear condition**, identifying the need for retreading or replacement. * Perform **repairs**, including vulcanization, patching, and emergency repairs. * Manage and organize **tire, inner tube, and sector material inventory**. * Complete **maintenance records**, mileage logs, and tire replacement documentation. * Ensure **cleanliness, organization, and maintenance** of the workplace and tools. * Comply with **occupational safety regulations**, correctly using PPE. * Support the maintenance team whenever required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Proven experience required; * Must reside in Itajaí or surrounding areas; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team **Benefits:** * Remuneration according to industry minimum wage * Meal card after probation period * Uniforms * SEST SENAT: Dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nutritionists. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM; Saturday from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM **How to Apply:** Interested candidates must send their updated resume to: **dho@smtlog.com.br** **/ WhatsApp: 47 99731\-0695** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$3\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
