Participation in continuous improvement projects **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Daily Management: Analyze quality data and prepare daily reports with daily tracking of 5S action plans. \- Promote and implement the 5S methodology within the organization to enhance workplace organization and efficiency. Train and qualify teams on the principles of 5S and their importance to quality. Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to 5S principles and drive continuous improvements. \- Audits: Plan and execute internal and external audits to assess compliance with established processes and procedures. Collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit results. Non-conformities: Customer support and assistance to the commercial team regarding product non-conformities. Submission of documents and reports when required for regulatory inspections. Product Analysis: Dispatch and follow-up of production samples and non-conformities at laboratories. \- Documentation and Processes: Maintain up-to-date quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and audit records. \- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects, utilizing quality tools such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
