Job Summary: A Human Resources Management professional to oversee employee experience, analyze turnover, and optimize HR processes and policies. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct follow-up and exit interviews to support continuous improvement. 2. Support the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and processes. 3. Collaborate with leadership to optimize HR processes. **Your Responsibilities:** * Conduct follow-up interviews regarding employee experience, identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the employee journey. * Conduct exit interviews, analyzing perceptions, reasons for departure, and proposing improvement actions based on findings. * Collect, analyze, and monitor HR department data and metrics, preparing reports and supporting decision-making. * Support the creation, review, and implementation of HR-related policies, projects, and processes. * Develop, review, and maintain departmental manuals, guidelines, and other instructional materials, ensuring clarity, standardization, and up-to-date information. * Support initiatives aimed at developing organizational culture, workplace climate, internal communication, and employee experience. * Partner with leadership and other departments to drive continuous improvement in HR processes. **Requirements to Apply:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Experience in Human Resources management processes. * Knowledge of HR metrics and data analysis. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is considered a plus.
