The professional will be responsible for ensuring that production processes are carried out efficiently, aiming to meet production demands within established deadlines. Key responsibilities: Plan and control the production process, monitoring the progress of production orders. Manage raw material, input, and finished goods inventories, ensuring their availability. Develop and monitor production schedules, aligning them with production capacity and company needs. Analyze and propose improvements to production processes, seeking to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Serve as the interface between production, procurement, sales, and logistics departments, ensuring process integration. Monitor performance indicators and generate management reports. Required competencies: Analytical ability and critical thinking to resolve production issues. Effective communication skills to interact with various company departments. Proactivity and ability to work independently. Knowledge of production planning and control software (ERP, MRP). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Proven experience as a PCP Analyst or in similar roles. Proficiency in Excel and production management software.
