Key Responsibilities * Perform generalist functions across HR processes; * Develop and implement strategic DHO (Human Development and Organization) initiatives aligned with organizational culture; * Plan and execute employee engagement, organizational climate, and internal communication activities; * Lead training and development programs for employees and leaders; * Support and monitor performance evaluation programs; * Assist managers in identifying team upskilling and development needs; * Analyze HR metrics (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements to people-related processes.
