Job Summary: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and on-site support for computers and laptops, ensuring equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Replacement and installation of hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, expansion cards, etc.). Formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. On-site user support for IT incidents related to hardware and software. Logging and updating service tickets in internal support systems. Functionality testing after repairs and issuing technical reports when required. Conducting technical visits as scheduled or in response to emergency requests. Ensuring equipment integrity and compliance with safety standards. **\*Requirements and Qualifications:\*** Proven experience as a Support Technician, IT Technician, or similar role. Solid knowledge of computer and laptop hardware. Mobile phone Personal vehicle for field work Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: Class B Personal Vehicle
