RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions. We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Process and verify payroll. Control and manage electronic time clock closing. Perform labor calculations, such as overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory charges. Prepare and verify employment termination settlements. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and the company's internal policies. Support administrative processes and bureaucratic routines within the HR/Personnel Department. Assist employees by clarifying questions regarding payslips, time records, benefits, and contracts. Previous experience as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, People Management Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Technical degree required.
