SUMMARY Responsible for supporting the purchasing team by assisting with daily routines, order tracking, and generating category-related reports. 3\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure timely entry of offers, price reductions, and price list updates requested by buyers; Generate supplier purchase and sales reports for issuing financial invoices related to commercial agreements signed between buyers and suppliers; Issue and track orders, maintaining updated follow-up; Support the billing department in identifying and resolving order-related issues; Assist in generating reports and spreadsheets containing relevant departmental information; Contribute to delivering excellent service across all company departments—whether in person, by phone, or via e-mail—to administrative departments, stores, and suppliers, addressing inquiries and assisting with processes relevant to this role; 4\. CHALLENGES Maintain high-quality service across all departments while demonstrating agility in decision-making and process execution, thereby enabling other processes to proceed more efficiently. Optimize departmental time and processes to achieve targets set by buyers and the company. 5\.
