We are seeking a Senior Labor Relations Analyst to join our team at IPEL. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that our labor practices fully comply with applicable legislation, with a focus on guaranteeing legal security and operational sustainability. Key responsibilities include: \- Ensuring legal, union, and regulatory compliance of IPEL’s labor relations, structuring and monitoring internal processes, and mitigating legal risks; \- Executing internal labor processes, such as hiring, working hour control, terminations, payroll entries and closing, ensuring legal compliance and procedural standardization; \- Monitoring updates to labor legislation, anticipating risks, and updating internal policies; \- Managing labor grievances in coordination with the Legal Department, issuing documentation to enhance defense quality; \- Conducting union negotiations and supporting collective agreements, promoting balance in union relations; \- Serving as the key user of the HCM system, ensuring optimal usability and internal support.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Solid experience in labor relations — processes and systems.
Experience in union negotiations and labor liability management.
**Desirable Requirements:**

Postgraduate degree in Labor Law or Labor Management is desirable.
Payroll and electronic timekeeping systems
Labor audits
Management of departmental performance indicators.
