We are looking for **an FP&A Manager**. You will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Controlling functions. The Manager will serve as the primary strategic partner to senior management, delivering robust financial analysis and actionable insights that drive decision-making, capital optimization, and resource allocation. We are a people-first company built on innovation, creativity, and diversity—so we warmly welcome you and your unique perspective. **What We Value Here:** ➡️ Embracing change; ➡️ Results-driven mindset; ➡️ Proximity and collaboration; ➡️ Creating advocates; ➡️ Objectivity; ➡️ Personal accountability. **What Will You Do Daily?** * Strategic and Budgetary Planning: * Coordinate the full annual operational and budget planning cycle (Budget) and multi-year planning cycle (Long-Range Plan), ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * Design and manage monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities related to goal achievement. * Performance and KPI Management: * Monitor business unit performance and corporate strategic OKRs, reporting variances and proposing corrective actions. * Develop and maintain a cost and profitability management system (Income Statement, P&L) segmented by cost center, product, and/or business unit. * Advanced Financial Modeling: * Build and maintain complex financial models (e.g., three-statement models) for future scenario projections (cash flow, income, and balance sheet) and for business or asset valuation. * Conduct detailed financial analyses for M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), including synergy assessment, financial due diligence, and negotiation support. * Operational Analysis and Control: * Validate and control commercial commissions, ensuring compliance with policies and accurate budgetary impact. * Perform ad-hoc profitability analyses, project feasibility assessments (CAPEX), and pricing analyses. * Leadership and Team Management: * Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A/Controlling team, fostering a high-performance and continuously learning environment. * Act as a finance business partner to operational and executive teams. **✔️ What You Need to Have/Know/Be** * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance/Controlling is a plus. * Experience: Solid experience (minimum 5–7 years) in FP&A, Controlling, Investment Banking, or Strategic Consulting roles, with a proven track record of leadership. * Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills: + Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel and BI tools). + Expertise in valuation techniques (DCF, Multiples). + Knowledge of financial accounting standards (IFRS/BR GAAP). + Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and EPM platforms (Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.) * Behavioral Skills/Soft Skills: + Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business strategy into financial goals and action plans. + Effective Communication: Skill in presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance audiences. + Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead teams and influence decisions across all organizational levels. + Results Orientation and Precision: Strong attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
