Job Summary: Responsible for cooperative member service, prospecting, and portfolio management, promoting products and services while conducting credit analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Credit analysis and formalization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Provide service to cooperative members to meet their needs; * Conduct prospecting visits to potential new cooperative members in the Alto Vale do Itajaí region; * Conduct periodic visits to existing cooperative members to maintain relationships and generate new business; * Promote and sell cooperative products and services; * Achieve business budget targets; * Manage the cooperative member portfolio; * Formalize credit proposals and grant credit; * Perform collections on delinquent contracts whenever necessary; **Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related administrative fields; * Knowledge of cooperative products and services; * Knowledge of credit analysis and formalization; * Knowledge of the financial market; * Experience in financial institutions; * Dynamic and proactive; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience conducting field visits; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Personal vehicle; * ANBIMA certification: CPA\-10, CPA\-20, or CEA. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Clothing allowance, Commissions, Profit-sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
