Job Summary: LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed Mid-level Scrum Master to facilitate the Scrum framework, lead agile ceremonies, and promote agile culture, acting as an agent of change. Promote autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the Mid-level Scrum Master position in our company. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related fields; Solid knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies (Kanban is a plus); Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product, business); Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective); Skill in removing impediments and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis; Experience with agile management tools (Jira, Kanbanize, Trello, or similar); Ability to act as an agent of change, promoting continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** Act as Scrum facilitator, ensuring correct application of the framework; Lead and facilitate the team’s agile ceremonies; Support the team in identifying and removing technical and organizational impediments; Collaborate with technical leaders and stakeholders to improve workflow; Promote agile culture, encouraging autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement; Monitor and analyze team metrics, proposing evolutionary actions; Support the team in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery; Serve as a bridge between the development team and business areas; Identify process bottlenecks and continuously propose improvements.
