With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the checkout counter and serving customers, adhering to established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures; scanning merchandise, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and reconciling daily transactions at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout counter by following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, verifying product labels, checking scale weight, confirming system accuracy, processing payments, verifying prior authorization for checks and making appropriate notations on the back, and authenticating cash; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closing, including counting cash, totaling amounts, signing reports, and delivering them to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into the safe or 24-hour vault to prevent excessive exposed cash and ensure accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Help reduce losses at the checkout area through preventive measures such as minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishables; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition, and request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and organizing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift wrapping, etc. REQUIREMENTS **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Anfilóquio Nunes Píres, 4242 \- Bela Vista / Gaspar \- SC Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance Performance Bonus Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
