With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the cash register and serving customers, adhering to protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; scanning merchandise and processing payments; performing cash withdrawals; closing the register; and submitting daily financial reports at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout by following protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; scanning/weighing products; consulting code tables; verifying product labels, scale weight, and system matching; processing payments; for checks, verifying prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closing, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing reports, and delivering them to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into the safe or 24-hour cash box, thereby preventing excessive exposed cash and ensuring accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for corrective action; Contribute to reducing loss rates at the checkout by proactively minimizing bag waste, preventing potential theft, promptly returning perishables, etc. Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand replenishment, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift wrapping, etc. Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Marechal Deodoro da Fonseca, 1090 \- Tapajós, Indaial \- SC **Working Hours:** 12:20 PM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:40 PM\. **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Store Purchase Discount Program Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
