Guidance for achieving daily production targets * Lead packaging area activities, assigning tasks and monitoring results to ensure productivity and quality within the production schedule; * Count pieces and record daily production in the computerized system, ensuring physical quantities received match the production schedule; * Supervise the packaging process, ensuring each product is packaged according to technical specification sheets; * Guide the team in performing tasks, ensuring achievement of daily production targets; * Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity as required by the department/company; * Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Familiarity with the SISPLAN system. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Management Processes, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Experience in the Textile industry.
