We have an opening for a Welder in Blumenau\-SC. Perform welding processes on metal parts and structures used in the manufacturing of refrigerated furniture, ensuring quality, strength, and appropriate finish, in accordance with technical standards, safety regulations, and company production standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform welding on sheets, profiles, and metal structures used in the manufacturing of refrigerated furniture. * Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, cleaning, and positioning of parts. * Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, or electric), as required by production needs. * Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. * Assemble and secure metal components. * Inspect weld quality, identify potential defects, and perform corrections when necessary. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace in compliance with safety regulations. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Assist in assembly and adjustment activities for metal structures when required. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Proven experience in the role of welder. * Knowledge of MIG, TIG, or shielded metal arc welding processes. * Basic understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of measurements and measuring instruments. **Qualifications** * A professional welding course will be considered a plus. * Experience in the metallurgical industry, metalworking shops, or equipment manufacturing. * Experience in manufacturing metal furniture or refrigeration equipment will be a plus. **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization * Teamwork * Commitment to quality * Agility and productivity * Responsibility for workplace safety * Ability to follow production standards and procedures Interested candidates should send an updated resume to: recrutamento@lordrefrigeracao.com.br with the subject line: Welder or via WhatsApp at 473306\-2500 \* The company promotes diversity and inclusion, and all positions are open to People with Disabilities (PwD).
