Description

Job Summary: Operate machines, perform loading and unloading, adjust equipment, execute manufacturing processes, and assist in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workplace organization and cleanliness * Operate machines according to work orders and supervisor instructions * Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products * Adjust and regulate low- to medium-complexity equipment * Execute manufacturing processes according to technical specifications * Assist in continuous improvement of processes, safety, and productivity * Support low-complexity operational activities per shift * Contribute to machine and line preservation, visual inspection, and cleaning * Request and assist maintenance services when necessary * Record production information on forms and reports * Move materials and products between manufacturing stages * Maintain workplace and tool organization, cleanliness, and preservation * Comply with internal, safety, environmental regulations, and PPE requirements * Participate in quality and improvement programs * Perform other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor **Neighborhood:** Vila Itoupava \- Blumenau/SC **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 2nd shift \- 2:18 PM to 11:18 PM.
