Environment that values learning and growth LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of Dyer in our company. Requirements: Knowledge of chemical auxiliaries/dyes, dyeing processes, and equipment; Execution of purging, bleaching, jet dyeing processes, and verification of inputs to be processed. Responsibilities: Check dyeing batches and recipe inputs; Program the dyeing process on the PLC of dyeing machines; Load fabric onto the jet machine and sew parts together; Set standard parameters for the article on the jet machine's PLC; Add chemicals and dyes into tanks according to the sequence specified in the chart; Perform and record measurements of pH/density/pump speed/cycle; Collect samples for color evaluation; Unload fabric/textile into clean, appropriate plastic containers; Rinse buckets and beakers; Weigh and dissolve dyes when necessary; Clean and organize dyeing batches; Record production in the Systêxtil management system. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in seamless dyeing, operation of other dyeing equipment, and ability to learn quickly. All our opportunities are open to persons with disabilities (PCD).
