Experience with Java, JavaScript, and databases ### **Job Title** Senior Systems Analyst ### **Job Description** As a team member, you will help determine whether issues reported by customers stem from system malfunction or other causes. You will be responsible for identifying the root cause and proposing appropriate solutions. The team interacts daily with support, R\&D, implementation, and customer teams. **Your role:** * Analyze and simulate incidents reported by the customer * Clearly and objectively document the defect description * Suggest a solution for the identified defect * Occasionally contribute to software development, bug fixes, and improvements * Strictly adhere to quality standards and procedures **You are the right person if you have:** * Experience with Java, JavaScript, and databases, preferably PL/SQL * Completed technical education or incomplete undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields * Business knowledge of scheduling systems (appointments, exams, services, integrated scheduling, checkups) * Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS is desirable * No difficulty communicating with cross-functional teams and customers **How We Work Together** We believe we create greater impact when working together rather than apart.
