Job Summary: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to identify, analyze, and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity across organizational processes. Dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment * We seek a **Continuous Improvement Analyst** to strategically identify, analyze, and implement initiatives that drive greater efficiency, quality, and productivity across organizational processes. This professional will be responsible for leading Continuous Improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean and Kaizen, supporting departments in identifying opportunities, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions. They will also play a critical role in monitoring and advancing performance indicators, fostering a data-driven culture, process improvement, and business value creation. Additionally, they will collaborate cross-functionally across the organization, facilitating workshops, encouraging teams’ critical thinking, and reinforcing a company-wide continuous improvement culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Promote understanding and application of Lean philosophy throughout the organization by delivering training and leading Lean events. * Execute and support development of projects and/or solutions aligned with the company’s strategy, involving multiple departments and ensuring continuous process improvement. * Lead and facilitate continuous improvement events (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED, PDCA). * Manage idea and suggestion programs, focusing on waste reduction and efficiency enhancement. * Administer and support evolution of the company’s Manufacturing System, promoting standardization and performance improvement in processes. * Drive process digitalization to improve reliability, traceability, and operational productivity. * Analyze and propose improvements to factory layouts, optimizing production flow and material handling. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering, Technology, Metallurgy, or related fields. * Knowledge of process mapping and waste identification. * Experience in analyzing production processes and performance indicators. * English \- Basic/Intermediate level You stand out if: * You possess strong analytical ability, effective communication skills, facilitation capability, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the organization; * You have experience with suggestion programs or employee engagement initiatives focused on continuous improvement; * You have hands-on experience in process digitalization and manufacturing management systems; **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours; * Annual profit-sharing program; * Semi-annual attendance bonus; * Health insurance (extendable to dependents); * Outpatient medical assistance; * Dental assistance (extendable to dependents); * Psychological support; * 50% reimbursement for medications (extendable to dependents); * Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years old; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Educational incentive program; * Optional life insurance; * An environment that values innovation and proactive leadership. * And much more!
